Salvador Convention Center - Versatile and Plural like Bahia

Salvador Convention Center (CCS) is a multipurpose and versatile event space located at Salvador, capital of Bahia State, in Brazil. The equipment was launched in January 2020 and is managed by one of the main players in the events market of the world, the French multinational GL events, which won the bid to manage the space for the next 25 years.

It has capacity to receive up to 14,000 people simultaneously in the internal area, 100% air-conditioned, and an external area (Espaço Marés) of 14,000 m² and capacity to receive up to 20,000 people with ocean view. Its parking lot holds more than 1,400 vehicles, and it can also be an area available for holding an event. The Convention Center's configuration also allows independent access for large events.

The building has accessibility ramps and adapted restrooms, as well as elevators for people with limited mobility. With three floors, the CCS has a ceiling height of between 4m and 10m and is fully air-conditioned. The internal environments are highly modular and, therefore, capable of accommodating different kinds of events, of different sizes.

With available areas ranging from 47m² to pavilions of up to 5,000 m² each, it is possible to receive from small meetings to large international events, concerts, business fairs, congresses and conventions, in other words, it is prepared to meet the specific needs of each client. .

The CCS also has a space that adds even more to the visitor's experience: an exclusive restaurant on the mezzanine for 250 people in dinner format and a rooftop terrace of approximately 700m² overlooking the ocean. Another privileged space is the area available internally as suites for small events, which can also be used as cabins or lounges, overlooking Espaço Marés.
